Can guests order and pay from a QR code at the table?
Yes. We set up QR menus with table-side ordering and payment that feed straight into your POS, so orders reach the kitchen without staff re-keying and your sales stay in one record.
Do we still need the delivery platforms?
You can keep them, but we also build your own branded online ordering for pickup and delivery so you own the customer relationship and avoid full commission on every order. We'll help you decide the right mix during scoping.
Is a POS and ordering setup grant-supported?
Many F&B POS and online ordering solutions are PSG pre-approved, and larger projects may fit EDG. We advise on eligibility, but the grant agencies make the final decision.
Who fixes it if the system goes down mid-service?
