What are RPO and RTO, in plain terms?
RPO is how much data you can afford to lose, measured in time, for example one hour of transactions. RTO is how long you can be down before it hurts. We design backups and recovery to meet targets you set.
Aren't my hosting provider's backups enough?
Often not. Provider backups can be limited, untested, or lost alongside the primary system in an account compromise. Independent, verified, offsite backups are what make recovery reliable.
Can you help after a ransomware incident?
