Can one company handle CCTV, access, POS and phones together?
Yes, that is the point of working with us. We supply and install all of it as a single project on one quote and one point of contact, instead of coordinating separate camera, POS and phone vendors yourself.
Do you help us stay PDPA-compliant with CCTV and access logs?
We advise on camera placement, signage, retention periods and access-log handling so your setup supports PDPA obligations. We implement the technical controls; formal compliance sign-off remains your responsibility.
Can POS or phone systems be claimed under a grant?
The product itself may be PSG-claimable if you buy it from a listed vendor — but PSG pays that vendor for their packaged product, and GDI is not listed. Our setup, integration and configuration work is not PSG-claimable. We will tell you plainly which parts are which before you commit.
How do you price hardware and installation?
Hardware is supply and install, quoted per site, because camera counts, door numbers, POS lay-out and cabling differ by location. We give a fixed quote after a free scoping call or site survey.
