Does AI know your business?

Your customers are asking ChatGPT and Google's AI who to hire. We ask a language model what it actually knows about you — and check whether your website gives answer engines the signals they need to recommend you at all.

About AI visibility

What is AI visibility (GEO)?

Generative Engine Optimisation is being found and cited when someone asks an AI assistant a question like 'who should build my app in Singapore'. It depends less on classic keyword ranking and more on whether engines can identify your business as a real entity — through structured data, consistent details across the web, linked profiles and clear answer-style content.

How does this check work?

Two halves. First we ask a language model what it actually knows about your business, instructing it to admit when it doesn't know rather than invent something. Second, we read your website for the machine-readable signals answer engines rely on: Organization schema, sameAs profile links, Service and FAQ markup, an about page and contact details in markup.

The AI didn't know my business — is that bad?

It's normal for most SMEs, and it isn't a verdict on your company. Models have a training cutoff and the one we query has no live web access, so 'doesn't know you' means you aren't established in its training data. Engines that search the web live may still find you. The fixable part is the second half — making your site readable as an entity.

Why does this matter now?

A growing share of buying research starts in an AI assistant rather than a search results page. If the engine can't identify who you are and what you do, you are simply not in the shortlist it produces — regardless of how you rank on Google.

Want to be the answer, not a footnote?

We build the entity signals, schema and answer-style content that get businesses recognised and cited by AI engines — and it often qualifies for grant support.
