Can you move our existing website and email without downtime?
Yes. We stage the migration, sync content and mailboxes, then cut over DNS during a low-traffic window so users and email keep working through the switch. We plan the migration during scoping.
Do we own our domain and hosting accounts?
Always. We register and provision assets under your ownership and give you the credentials. We manage them for you, but you are never locked in or dependent on us to retain what is yours.
What happens if our website gets hacked?
With our security and backup setup, scanning flags the compromise, we clean and harden the site, and we restore from a tested backup. We also run malware clean-up and hardening as a standalone engagement if you have been hit.
How is this priced?
Domains, hosting and email licences are recurring and priced by plan and mailbox count. Setup, migration and security work are quoted fixed after a free scoping call. PSG does not cover our work — it funds listed vendors' pre-approved products and GDI is not listed.
