Can you connect our existing POS to a new online store?
Usually yes. We scope your current POS and inventory first, then integrate a Shopify or WooCommerce store so stock and pricing sync both ways. Where the POS can't integrate cleanly, we'll tell you honestly and recommend the most cost-effective path.
Do you handle both the software and the CCTV/hardware?
Yes. GDI is one firm covering POS software, e-commerce, networking and physical CCTV and access hardware, so you have a single accountable partner rather than several suppliers pointing at each other.
Can grants help fund a retail digital upgrade?
Often. The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) supports many pre-approved retail and e-commerce solutions, and EDG can support larger transformation projects. We advise on eligibility during scoping, but final approval always rests with the agencies.
How is pricing worked out?
We give a fixed quote after a free scoping call, once we understand your outlets, systems and goals. No hourly surprises, and any grant offset is factored in transparently.
