The challenge
Consumer AI products live or die on trust: a generic chatbot that invents answers is worthless. The product needed genuinely grounded AI, a real domain calculation engine, tiered access, and polished automated reports — all shipped fast.
What we built
We built a deterministic domain engine for the hard calculations, layered a RAG system (vector search over a curated knowledge base across dozens of collections) so the AI only speaks from approved sources, and wired multi-tier entitlements and server-side gating. Automated PDF reports turn each result into a shareable artefact.
