The challenge
Government tender data is public but unstructured, scattered and hard to act on. SMEs can't easily find relevant opportunities or understand the supplier landscape they're bidding against.
What we built
We built ingestion and enrichment pipelines that normalise tender and supplier records into a clean, queryable dataset, then layered a fast search-and-intelligence UI on top and an enrichment step that surfaces qualified prospects — an outcome-driven flywheel rather than a raw data dump.
