The challenge
Singapore property professionals juggle scattered tools — valuation, affordability and stamp-duty maths, market data, and client management — none of which talk to each other, and agent identity has to be verified against CEA records to be trusted.
What we built
We designed one platform with two experiences (agent and owner), wired in Singapore-specific financial calculators validated against current rules, added live market data, and built fail-closed CEA verification so only genuinely licensed agents get agent access. The whole thing runs on a fast Next.js + FastAPI + Postgres/Redis stack behind the production hardening we build into every deployment.
